Case Study: The True Pub Co. — Door Supervisor Deployment

The True Pub Co, operators of a renowned collection of authentic pubs across London, recently partnered with Cronos Protection to provide professional pub security services and enhance safety across several of their busiest licensed venues. With our bespoke Customer Portal True Pub Co's management team and venue manager are able to seamlessly see who is attending there venue to work, be able to see the Door Supervisors Licence, right to work and any other qualification required. If there is an incident at the venue they are also able to see in real time the reports as they come through either on the portal or in the designated email provided.

Our partnership has already proven highly successful, with our SIA licensed door supervisors delivering a visible security presence that has significantly improved customer safety, reduced incidents, and helped maintain the welcoming atmosphere these popular pubs are known for. By combining licensed premises security with exceptional customer service, our team ensures patrons can enjoy their visit in a safe and friendly environment.

Angie James, Regional Manager for The True Pub Co, speaks highly of the partnership:

"Since bringing Cronos Protection on board, we've seen a marked improvement in security at our pubs. Their door supervisors are not only highly professional but also very personable, which our in-house teams believe is crucial in maintaining the welcoming atmosphere our patrons expect."

Pub Security at The Askew

The Askew, a classic British pub renowned for its live music, live sport, and vibrant atmosphere, has particularly benefited from Cronos Protection's hospitality security services. With large crowds regularly attending sporting events and entertainment evenings, the venue required experienced door supervisors capable of balancing effective crowd management with excellent customer service.

Our SIA licensed security officers have consistently delivered on both fronts, managing busy evenings professionally while ensuring customers continue to enjoy a relaxed and welcoming experience. Whether handling entry procedures, monitoring customer behaviour, or assisting patrons who may have had one drink too many, our team demonstrates the professionalism expected from a leading London security company.

Protecting Customers at The Old Hat

At The Old Hat, another popular True Pub Co venue, Cronos Protection has played a key role in protecting the pub's award-winning heated beer garden. Our venue security team has helped create a safe and enjoyable environment for customers throughout the day and into the evening, particularly during peak trading periods.

The visible presence of trained door supervisors has enhanced customer confidence while allowing staff to focus on delivering exceptional hospitality.

Hospitality Security at The Railway

The Railway, which blends traditional British pub culture with a contemporary atmosphere, has also experienced noticeable improvements in customer behaviour and overall venue safety since Cronos Protection assumed responsibility for its security services.

Our experienced hospitality security officers have demonstrated an excellent ability to manage diverse crowds, maintain a safe environment, and respond professionally to incidents without detracting from the venue's unique character.

Angie adds:

"What sets Cronos Protection apart is their commitment to thorough training. Their door supervisors are not only skilled in security protocols but also in customer service. They understand the delicate balance required in a pub environment and consistently deliver on both fronts. We continue to enjoy our engagement with the Cronos Head Office team and their onsite staff."
