Stadia Safety Officers
Professional spectator safety, from the plan to the final whistle.
Overview
Stadia Safety Officers.
Safe stadia depend on qualified people and a plan that works on the day. Our Safety Officers hold the NVQ Level 4 in Spectator Safety: Management and take responsibility for the safety plan for your fixture or event — assessing the ground, setting staffing levels and positions, writing the briefing and running the operation alongside your own management team and the emergency services.
Beneath the Safety Officer sits a fully qualified structure. Safety Supervisors hold the NVQ Level 3 in Spectator Safety: Supervision and lead their sectors, while Safety Stewards hold the NVQ Level 2 in Spectator Safety and SIA licensed Door Supervisors cover positions where a licensed presence is required. Every team is briefed on the ground's layout, contingency plans and evacuation routes before gates open.
From turnstiles and ingress management to pitch-side positions, segregation, spectator care and controlled egress, we deliver a professional, well-drilled operation supported by real-time reporting through our client portal and a documented debrief after every event.
